Cyndi, My wife has had chronic Migraine and Vertigo phenomena for 19 years. At least that is what the experts say at Mayo clinic! No cure. I attended Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI. Back then, most of the professor's and many male students smoked pipes! Yes, this is a sign of the times. But, this really sucks. For daytime smoking: I don't use alcohol. I run a pipe cleaner through after every smoke and lightly ream with a dull pipe knife. And, I rotate pipes as well as blends.
