Oops too late. Apparently JB weld is resistant to heat so if I don't taste anything I'm gonna continue rocking on with it. As long as it smokes I guess- JackofNone

Another pipe dedication question.
I got through a bowl of nightcap match today in my "ghosted" meer. I got lat flavors the whole way through. tomorrow i can smoke my nice blends. I limited my smoking for a few days and smoked a couple burley leaves through the pipe. delicious- JackofNone

Bringing a Meerschaum back to life
Pucker your lips and blow real hard. Or put it next to a dryer vent. I just recommend blowing off instead of wiping off because meer scratches easily. Compressed air cans are sold at most big box stores in the US- JackofNone

Air compressor for dust. I rinsed my meer after treating for a ghost, inside and out, with cold tap water. Wipe with clean towel. It will discolor momentarily, but put it near a space heater over night and it will go back to its pre-rinse color. Whiskey or ever clear (in 3-5 drops) may freshen...- JackofNone

Pigs need significantly less land. A lot of that stuff still applies to goats. They are much more personable in my brief times with them. There's a bigger market for their meat and milk also. I like that leathery-oily lat flavor best. I have coffee in my meerschaum in an attempt to draw out the vanilla oil. The pipe smells like vanilla even after a few days and different blends.
