What's your favourite 3rd of the bowl?
Yup.. middle 3rd is best for me. The first can be bad depending on the tobacco and/or my charring flame technique. The last tends to be good to. Jason- undermidnight

I agree. In fact, I think that is why I enjoyed it so much. I smoked another bowl of the Peterson Holiday Season 2012 after I let it dry and found it is way too much. How Do You Like Your Steak?
For me, I like it rare. And I judge a steak by how much steak sauce I use. If it is good steak, no steak sauce. Sautéed mushrooms on the side. And a good bourbon. Best steak I have ever eaten was at a place in Ottawa Canada. Great, now I am hungry!!! Jason- undermidnight
