    What Shape?

Thanks for the confirmation all. I'm not mad about, looks to be a handsome pipe regardless! I'll have to take a closer look when it shows up.

    What Shape?

That would be my guess as well. The longer I try to see a bulldog, the more I see a billiard ?

    What Shape?

What shape would you consider this? It is stamped with a 3 and when doing some looking, I found a page that says GBD shape 3 is a "tall bulldog". I am by no means an expert or really even a novice, but I'm not so sure that's a bulldog. Thoughts?

There's definitely things that the quality just speaks for itself and you can't help but pull the trigger. I tend to be someone that looks and compares for most things and will go with the best I can afford. Depends on what it is, but if I'm already spending x amount of money and the next...

    Warm Weather/Summer Blends

Exotic passion? I've come across that a few times in the forums. I searched for it earlier and found Rattrays exotic orange but it's out of stock.

    Stanwell Royal Briar 88

Saw a few good looking ones on Ebay. The more I hear about Stanwell the more my curiosity is piqued and am glad I bought that one. Story of my life, always identify top tier goods without realizing... and then I see the price. On to plan b I guess ?

    Warm Weather/Summer Blends

The first three I've been debating, along with the PS Luxury Bullseye Flake. Just ordered a tin of GS. I have some 4 year old Erinmore on hand.

WFH today. Beautiful day in Cleveland, waiting for the home opener for the Guardians and Cavs games later. Lighting up some Escudo in a cob, with some green tea.

What aros do you tend to reach for?

    Warm Weather/Summer Blends

Truth. I like to find out what others enjoy and get guidance, to a point, and then go from there. I started with cigars and have several years under my belt as far as that goes. It's interesting because I haven't heard much talk about cigar rotations for the seasons. Like pipe tobacco there...

    Warm Weather/Summer Blends

As the title says, looking for blends people would recommend for summer. I have read that quite a few people tend to smoke lighter and/or aro blends in the summer and put away the English blends. However some others seem to enjoy the English blends as the smokey aspect reminds them of BBQs and...

Thank you! That's basically what I was thinking. I have a rotation of pipes, not a "collection" in the sense that they're all high end or made by notable artisans, but solid and functional. I'm too new to head down that route just yet and so far I only have 1 pipe I splurged on which was a...

Haha same! The door would still be perfectly functional.... but personally it would bother me after too long. I ended up making an offer on it and it was accepted.

Oh I was just using that as worst case scenario. Like if you had a pipe that smoked amazingly but needed to replace the stem, you might like it enough to overlook the fact it's mismatched if it still smokes the same. Like a car that has different colored doors. The pipe in question, I...
