jcsoldit, you and I share a similar pipe-smoking history and I too found that I enjoy richer, fuller-bodied blends when I returned to the pipe than I did 20 years ago when I was first starting out. I was a newly married young businessman, having just graduated college, and I wanted to ween myself away from the cigarettes I would occasionally smoke while galavanting about late at night during my college years. I, too, had older male figures in my family who I looked up to who also smoked...- raf66

One other question if I may. How does one apply the beeswax? Do I rub it on using my fingers while smoking the pipe? Afterwards? Sorry to sound like such a dolt but I've never had a meer so I have no experience in the care/handling of it.- raf66
