Dunhill markings
I think that the "2103" stamping is problematic. The font seems off, and it looks like the stamp was made by a machine press, leaving marks from the stamp/tool itself outside the "2103". Xikar Pipe Lighters?
I have a Xikar Resource lighter and it works wonderfully well. The only problem I'm having now, after four years of use, is that the pipe tamper is a little loose and doesn't stay completely folded into the lighter housing. The only thing I'll pile on to the top of what's been said already is that if you do end up doing the work yourself, at some point you're going to want to clean the airway with the stem removed from the shank. This is really less of an issue than you think. Briar is incredibly dense and just doesn't absorb "gunk" to great degree; further, cleaning estate pipes and sanitizing them is a pretty simple process returning solid results.
