That’s a great looking collection. I commend you on your hunt for a complete set of Continentals. It took about 3 years for me to track down all 12. Be sure to show the new additions as you get them.
When we brainstormed this idea it was much tougher than I realized to definitively pick a top 10. As of now in no particular order, here is my 10 favorite smokers.

We’ve all heard or said the phrase, This is one of my best smokers. Well after sharing stories of our “top 10” best burners with a friend, I thought it would be fun if everyone joined in.
Based purely on smoking enjoyment, let’s see your Top Ten.
Start simple and easy. It could just be caked, not burned. If you’re looking at repairing a charred rim yourself than it can get a bit pricey to do it properly. Sandpaper, sandpaper, and more sandpaper. Plus stain, wax, and the buffing accessories.

My thoughts exactly. All the Margate I’ve seen has been consistent with the example on the left. I don’t want to put this in stone after just one smoke, but it doesn’t taste the same either. It’s Margate, but tastes like something has been added to the recipe.
I noticed a huge difference in appearance of this new batch when I jarred it. In the picture below, are two different batches of Margate. From the sellers info, the batch shown on the right is a few years old. The left batch is from 2017. All Margate I’ve seen looks pretty dark. So I guess my...
