    March Meer Madness Is Upon Us

    I've got 3 meers, 1 is over 100 yrs old...the original owner had it for 50 yrs. and I've had it for over 50 yrs...the lion's head has an amber stem with a bone bit. The other 2 I've had for about 40 yrs. and I smoke them mostly.

    eljimmy, Bail top jars are just fine, if they have a tight seal...you can double up on the silicon seal to make it tighter if needed. I've used the bail top jars for over 5 years now and have not had any problem...as long as the top is tight, it should work out just fine. I have over 10 of...

    How Many Blends Do You Have Stored?

    Probably around 200 blends/60 + lbs for me.....way too many to bother counting...but if nothing else, I have plenty of diversions and hence no boring blends.

    Thoughts On A Tobacco / Herb Grinder

    I use the herb grinder and it does an admirable job...also have a small coffee grinder which I have to watch carefully so that I don't wind up with dust...both are good for those hard plugs.

    Show Me Your Favorite Tobacco Knife!

    I use a Victorinox like peregrines uses. It has the sheepsfoot single grind blade and it works the best, but I, too, have a couple others that I sometimes use...both are Damascus blades and does a fine job on plugs and rolls and whatever needs slicing up. https%3A//i.imgur.com/Etij1eZl.jpg[/img]']

    I Like Lighters!

    Got a couple of Beattie Jet Lighters from Sante (fishnbanjo/bambooshank) a couple years ago...Had one in the 60's but it disappeared and I was missing having one...good lighters, gave one to a good friend and kept the other.
