It's like a squat rhodesian. There's a thicker stubby bent one called a bull moose as well.
I don't own one (yet), but I like them, as I like most bulldog family variants. My only problem is that the name sounds like bullcrap.
I have 2 bull moose pipes, a shape I have also seen called a Rhodesian prince. I bought this one from Briar Works right after Thanksgiving.

Lovely looking pipe and I bet it fits in the hand nicely.
Peterson's POTY 2019 was called a "John Bull" and that's an amazing looking pipe as well.
Hi, I am fairly new to this restoring game(despite the pretentious tag name) but acquired this pipe a little while ago. I am sure it is a bull....(something), but what exactly is it? Is it a bent bulldog? Is it a Rhodesian? - can you even have a rhodesian with a square shaft? The next thing I wondered was if anybody out there recognises the few remaining letters of the makers mark? It looks like ...lord or ....ford but I cannot find anything that seems to work in the space avaiable, I even tried UV light to see if that might bring out the lost detail - it didn't, perhaps I did it wrong. Does anybody know a way of highlighting faded/worn lettering?

He does & yes, he's a lovely bloke. I've known him for a good few years now & always used to drop in & see him when I was after a pipe or a repair. Always got time to talk to you & give advice. Here's a photo of the man himself.
