    Only this one. Only the shank was sanded to a high grit.Since it was to be blasted the bowl didn't need to be, so the grain doesn't show that well. Would look better with more sanding and buffing.

    That stem came about kinda as a lark. I sent Brad a photo of the first pipe with an aluminum rod stuck in it. It's a tool I use as a handle and also to sand the end of shanks.     It will shine pretty good when buffed with a Micro fiber cloth,just takes more elbow grease.

    I like the Paragon because it's easy to apply and will give a nice shine. I usually do a couple of coats,buffing each with a clean wheel. It's all I use on my smooth pipes. If I remember correctly it does have some carnauba in it.

    I love panels and those are both beautiful ! I especially like the smooth pipe and the way it's stain matches the stem.

    The only finish is a coat of wax. That's how Brad wanted it and I'm glad he did. I don't like black pipes much. Got the wood from Steve Norse--his largest size blocks.
