    British High Tea Time

Ok TV-shows as we all know don’t always reveal the truth about every day live. But I think for sure some Britains have Tea Time others don’t. Some have cream tea, with scones and clotted cream. And for shure some use milk and sugar, some don’t and yes they might do it one day and skip it...

Home (Or Professional) Chefs - Lets Talk Knives.

When it comes to knives I appreciate the sharpness of carbon steel knives in the kitchen. Of course I use a stone get them to razor blade like qualities. Most of the time I use the Japanese Hocho with folded steel and the Mühlenmesser “Made in Solingen”.

***What Are You Smoking, February 2023?***

I agree. I wouldn’t use any epoxy inside the chamber of a pipe either. To much chemistry to my taste. My choice would’ve been the Plaster of Paris, activated charcoal, salt mixture.

    Parker replacement stems Europe

Oxidation you can remove by yourself, that’s cheaper than to buy a new stem. Some begin with some sandpaper with 400 grid up to 2000 to begin with. Others use chemicals. There are several methods, mentioned in a lot of threads here. Try the search function.

    Parker replacement stems Europe

B 20 Euro for preformed and adjusted stem is not that much. And also Darasz cleans the pipe thoroughly. But what about the stems, are they broken, tooth marks, oxidation? Anything you could fix?

Try to get any of there homeblends too. They are good, but i am not shure that they ship to Portugal. It depends on the Portuguese customs regulations.

An Alternative Way of Looking at What’s in the Tin

It’s Nina Simones „Everything must change“ watch it on you tube, maybe a local restriction. Great version of that song.

An Alternative Way of Looking at What’s in the Tin

I feel honoured to be quoted full text. It was written in close context to Hoggarth Gawith „ever so missing sauce“ in their Grousemore. Don’t worry:

    Grousemoor by Samuel Gawith

When it comes to wine nobody would rant about different nuances in taste from year to year. Try some of Chateau Latour, Chateau Margaux or Chateau Haut Brion through the years. And even once bottled they change some for the better, some not so. Tobaccos and its ingredients put into „sauces“ are...
