Thinking about a new pipe... recommendations?
Thank you Lawrence, glad to be here. I think tonight I'll have some Malthouse in "The Nuddle"! It's a pipe my GF found among her fatehrs things when he passed away and gave to me. It's a typical 1960's era freehand Danish, a Larsen I believe. It'll be my first smoke in a while... -
New Members, Introduce Yourself!
Recoil Rob here, Former "Dictator" of The Hudson Valley Pipe Club". Surrounded by hundreds of pipes and tins of tobacco and my physician has suggested I scale back (not a major medical problem, rather an annoying minor one). For that kind of money you can get yourself a couple of nice older English made pipes, broken in already, Comoy's, Hardcastles, or a nice Dane. I wouldn't worry about the rim. Just try to find out what they were smoking in it first. Don't want an estate pipe that has been used for years with...
