I Opened a Dozen Tins Today!
+1 for sure. I typically let a freshly opened tin sit for about a week with the plastic lid on. Occasionally I'll pop it open and recluse it to let in fresh air. After a week or 2 I then jar it up.- fightnhampster

After one bowl, it is definitely a different and superior experience for me than usual when it comes to Latakia.
