    Perique What blend should I try?

    I'll add Poplar Camp and Old Joe Krantz to the list. Both are pretty heavy Perique blends. Bayou Morning seems to highlight the peppery flavors, while Poplar Camp, to me anyways, is more plummy, and OJK musty and barnyard like. Perique is good.
