Why Peterson?

I got some Wilke's Vermon Maple Cavendish that was extremely moist when I got it. I just gravity filled my pipe and it smoked slow and cool and didn't leave any excess moisture. Based on the white color near the burnout I would say it’s a flaw in the briar. SP should take care of you given the length of time you’ve had the pipe. -
