I'm new here, out of Airdrie, Alberta Canada, by way of Nova Scotia (lots of pipe smokers there), I've been smoking a pipe since around 1973... I was 18, and I 'borrowed' my dad's pipe to try it out, and i liked the taste of the tobacco, the smell, the whole thing; and yes I did inhale, and yes I did turn multiple shades of green. I've never smoked cigarettes, and I have smoked cigars quite a lot; probably more than the pipe, however, there's always a pipe around me somewhere. I joined because I've found there to be some very valuable and sometimes sage advice from members here that should be heeded.
