    A Strange Extra Large Pipe

Serious question- Is it the ugliest pipe you own? 😃

    A Strange Extra Large Pipe

The holes appear to have been drilled after the pipe was stained. I wonder if someone “customized” this pipe after the purchase?

Help Identifying Victors Hand Made Pipe

I turned this up on a google search: That pipe is sold, but it appears to be the same make. My best guess would be a now defunct pipe shop that was called Victors made or at least sold this line.

    A Strange Extra Large Pipe

I saw that one when it was on eBay, it’s certainly unusual.

P&C Peterson Tin Sale, Round II

Depending on your tastes , I like the Classic Burley Kake, the Anniversary Kake, and my favorite (of those I have tried) is Lousiana Red. That’s my 2 cents.

P&C Peterson Tin Sale, Round II

I wonder if it is because I pay via PayPal instead of a credit card? I tried a few different magazines. I still leave it checked every time but I don’t pay any attention to it because it never seems to activate.

P&C Peterson Tin Sale, Round II

I tried for the print subscriptions and never got anything. I’m surviving without them, but it was slightly disappointing.

P&C Peterson Tin Sale, Round II

Remember how angry people were when U2 gave their new album (at the time) to everyone who had iTunes for free?

P&C Peterson Tin Sale, Round II

It’s funny, I have ordered from P&C about a dozen times since they stared the magazine thing. The first couple of times I actually chose the subscription I wanted and never received anything. After that I kept on checking the box but still never received a single digital or mail subscription...

***What Are You Smoking, December 2023?***

I’m about to light up some OGS in a JHW. This pipe has the largest chamber of any pipe I own, and this will be the first time I have smoked it. It’s all cleaned up and ready to go! Trying to decide if I’m keeping it or moving it along.

    Anyone Have A Virtual 'Cellar'?

I do this all the time. Then I whittle it down to a purchase and put the rest on my wishlist until I start doing the same thing over again.

GH Broken Scotch Cake and B&B Question

I’m not talking about the delicious alcoholic beverage (Benedictine and Brandy), the B&B I’m referring to is GH Burley and Bright. I tried GH broken Scotch Cake for the first time today. Not bad, pretty light fare. Probably glad I just bought a sample, as it doesn’t do as much for me as other...

    Quality Bits for Corncob Pipes

@Bassman65 This one is acrylic and uses a filter. I found that in just a few minutes of looking at their site. I’m sure if you look there are more.

    Quality Bits for Corncob Pipes

I’m sorry, it looked like the stem was the same as the one on the Emerald, which is acrylic. I just looked at SP and saw that you are clearly correct. I was thinking of getting one of those because I thought it was acrylic! Shows what I know. I need to read and not just look at pictures.

    New Pipe vs Old…

FWIW, they were selling those MM mini-cobs in gas stations 30 years ago, I’m quite sure many of those were being used for “non-tobacco” items. I would be surprised if the company wasn’t at least somewhat aware of that. They weren’t directly marketed as “weed” pipes because it wasn’t legal...

    Sutliff Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match

Pretty good description! I find that cedar taste dissipates as I worn my way down the bowl, but I love it. #2 specifically, not those damn #2HB pencils.
