Big Chief Electric Smoker Any Good?
Used them my entire life, they work absolutely fine. That being said, all I’ve ever used them for is smoking salmon. But they are simple, work forever, and do a fine job.- alaskanpiper

Yeah, it really depends. Most of the carvers I've worked with are pretty immediately responsive. As you said, production time really depends on their current order list or workload.
