    Any thoughts on Scottish Blend, Golden Extra, and Gold of Denmark? I have tried Navy Flake and I really enjoy it. MacBaren seems to offer EXCELLENT tobacco and I am excited to try more. (Also; feel free to comment about any other MacBaren blend as well.)

    Boswell's Northwoods and Frog Morton are some good beginner English Blends. Also, G.L. Pease Westminster is another good blend that you cannot beat.....

    Thanks everybody! I am a devout English Blend smoker, but I also enjoy a good burley blend whether it be a drug store or even a upper class grade of tobacco. I will definitely be trying out some of the blends that you all have named.

    Thank you all for your input on this matter..... Fnord - The guy I am buying it from has said that it was from the 50's or 60's. He is a very trusted man in the pipe world as well, so I am just going by his word on his website.

    I am still a fairly new pipe smoker and one thing I have learned is it just takes time and practice. You will learn lots of good information on this forum. You have the very knowledge of experienced pipe smokers at your hand, so learn all you can! Enjoy your pipe!
