    That looks like double pitch screw tenon, it’s likely got one thread pitch/diameter in the pipe shank and a smaller one in the stem.     It’s probably Turkish, no maker will likely be identifiable. The stem is not acrylic, it’s either amber, Amberol, or Bakelite. Rub it till it gets warm and smell it.
