The smooth stain from 2024 was the one that grabbed me. So much going on here and it all works together.I’m not a fan. Tbh I’m not a fan of Peterson’s rusticated finish in general. I don’t like the look nor the way it feels in the hand. I do dig the stain and copper tho.
Not blurry for me.Also does anyone know why the pics look blurry until you click on them?
Yeah those are sweet "oddities" (for lack of a better word).Another interesting find, I also found three of the original tobacco tins with the promotion sticker and maybe even a sealed one too but they are still on their way from Ireland

I think we all are. Its just kinda boring. What do you guys think of the 2025 Christmas Pipes? As an owner of a gorgeous 2024 Christmas Pipe I have to say that I'm underwhelmed with the 2025 versions?

I was disappointed it wasn't the new "cobble", but I don't have a Christmas pipe, and I like the copper and P-lip so I got one that I can dedicate to "aromatic" - ish holiday type blends that I may only open and try during holiday seasons. I think the stain color and copper compliment each other. I haven't gotten it in hand yet though.....What do you guys think of the 2025 Christmas Pipes? I had a 314 Gold Block but never took to it as the gold plating was disappearing and I knew better than to try and do anything to it; at the same time I didn't want my daily use to continue to wear it off. Since I couldn't enjoy it, I sold it off. Hopefully the buyer has a pipe they love and can take better care of it than I felt I could.Another interesting find, I also found three of the original tobacco tins with the promotion sticker and maybe even a sealed one too but they are still on their way from Ireland

I must be pretty low-brow, because it looks good to me!Btw please keep in mind the pipe hasn't been restored yet (at least not by me), hence the rimI already received a couple of questions, if those were my restoration standards
