    These days I tend to pack lightly, and I also often smoke in the car with the window down, so a bowl lasts about 20 minutes. But in the past, when I would pack tighter, and just sit on the deck and smoke, a bowl would last about an hour and a half.

    It sounds like you are my anti-smoker - I leave it moist, pack lightly, tamp gently, and don't really consciously draw at all. So funny that they both work.

    I have collected it in the past, and sieved out the ash - it wasn't a bad smoke. But lately I can't be bothered to do it. My supply of tobacco vastly outweighs the rate that I smoke it.
