Old Dark Fired.I was actually surprised at how virginia forward it seemed? At least thats what I detected, its less balanced, sharper, and missed some of the bbq notes i enjoyed from a circa 2016 or so tin

Back home on the deck for coffee and a pipe. University Flake folded and stuffed into this same Northern Briars I smoked this afternoon. I bought this and my one other Northern Briars at The Briary. Since retirement, I haven’t been up that way. Must have been four or five years ago now. Both beautiful and GREAT smokers! Think I should get in the Tundra one day, drive up and buy a couple more. What say you?
