I think these Old Sea Rocks are the only Sea Rocks I like. I wish they'd do them in a reverse fume.

What's the spec on these guys?
Sea Rock seems to be changing yet again. See @BlueRidge example above.

Also, the black and vergin below are at least a few years old. Compared to the brown, recent purchase, which is sort of finer and more shallow

Can't seem to get the focus right in 1 Pic so you get 3.
No date stamps on any of the above, but you can see what I mean if you look closely at any recent Sea Rock

That looks like they might have changed their tool that they do that rustication with or it’s a new person on that part of the line, very interesting, thanks Ben

Bit of rare air here as far as my beloved #33's go. Lovely #33 PERLA NERA, one of only 3 I've seen and a #33 Wax drip Pi Epoca which is the only one of these I've seen.

Really nice Paul

For me, I have been severely tempted by what I suppose is a #33...

Price is a bit steep for me. But such a nice piece

Also this:

Again a bit more than I usually spend. And both pipes have import taxes already built in to the price (as opposed to buying direct from Italy). And that Occhio is overgraded in my opinion

But dang, that beautiful, even stem taper (no "pinch")...

Ben I'm not sure the first is a #33 with that bent bit. I have a couple that have longer bits but no bent and a #15 is straight with out the oval shank, it's a bit of an oddball that one. The second pipe is a classic but I agree the Birdseye could be better but the lines of that pipe are very nice. I've noticed Castello's creeping in value at the retailer, not sure if this is currency exchange or what but they really are starting to get up there now across the board.

Due to the dates the Chicago Pipe Show fell, many of the very serious Castello collectors attended and thus missed this one from E-Bay.

A Castello Collection Madre Perla ( mother of pearl ). I am told only 3 or 4 were ever created. This is only the second one I have ever seen. The other is at Castello and is not for sale. Franco told me that the mother of pearl is "held" in a silver cage floc.

This Dublin was made in 2011, and is mine all mine!!! A new center piece of my collection.

Congratulations! Nowadays, that would be considered a fiammata. Miss your YouTube videos but glad you're still enjoying your Castellos.

Lovely pipe Mike and what a piece to add to your collection given what has happened with Franco. It will evoke memories every time it’s handled that pipe.

I'm Enjoying Seeing Some Great Looking Wood!
The Latest 2025 Castello acquisitions to my G, GG, GGG15 collection. The Old Antiquari with the silver band was a must have pipe that was made possible by @Sigmund. The seller wouldn't ship to my location but @Sigmund did me a big favor and took delivery and reshipped the pipe to me. Much Appreciated!
The magnificent GG15 Flame is from the first edition series. A perfect shape 15 with the rustic tool marks and plateau top make this a highlight of the collection! @npod surprised me when he called me out and presented me with the pipe at his once in a lifetime all access Photo Tour Presentation of the Castello Shop in Cantu. It was a very special day especially surrounded by many of my friends!
