SG Best Brown Flake from 2006. In my opinion, this flake was as good as FVF and St. James Flake. I say was because i haven’t bought it since before the pandemic, and I sure hope GH hasn’t messed with it.

Jarred a pound of Newminster 400 which I received a few weeks ago. I had to double check the date on the bag, when I realized it said September 2023 (not 2024): it’s older than the sample I bought last fall.
The whole pound fit into a single quart jar, but I’ll probably divide them into 2.

Good stuff. I'm still working on what i have jarred. Currently sitting on one 7 oz round tin and 14 oz tin in the cellar. One of the harder ones to find out there these days. I got my stash about 15 yrs or so ago.

Opened a jar of FVF from 2009. Purchased a few of these jars from a member here who stopped piping. Pure bliss.

Dan tobacco Tumblin Dice… soft and funky cubes
Another Dan Tobacco blend. Dark Moon. My favorite vabur of all. 
My Germain's Special Latakia Flake got down to about a half jar, but I had another 100g loose waiting in sub-optimal storage. The moment came to reorganize, empty the jar, pack the new in it first and then jam the aged on top. Just made it, with some Embers style compression!
Definitely interested in the OS. Might be my first C&D purchase.
A fine smoke for the non-lat oriental fans out there. Worthy of a few tins in the cellar.

In my quest to go wide before deep, another new blend for me, Cornell & Diehl Bayou Morning Flake. I've had a few Virginia perique blends, but never sure how much influence or flavor I was actually getting from the perique. This blend is 25% perique so I'm hoping to get a better feel for it when it plays a larger part.
