Do you have a pic of those oversized billards? And what are the dimensions?

There's a few left at Smokingpipes.eu

Of course the pair that I snagged have ring grain:

I have two Ropp pipes. The cherry wood, was an estate pipe I got about 6 years ago, and has a silver repair band along with a replacement stem, a twin bore for some reason. The horn stem pipe is new and I just got about two weeks ago. Both smoke fine, but the horn stem pipe needs to be broken in a little more. No regrets on either.

My concern about the Ropps is that their bowls' walls are rather thin. With my cadence I'm afraid I'd burn my hand smoking one.

I've always wanted one of their horn-stemmed ones, but those are not in the "affordable" range.

Ropp and Genod are some of the absolute best values in the pipe world.

Although, be aware some of the horn stemmed Ropp pipes have an extremely narrow airway in the stem and may not fit most pipe cleaners.

I have a pair of the new Ropp pipes a little panel prince and a pencil shank Liverpool. Both are very decent smokers, especially at the price they go for. My prince stem split at the mortise because the tenon was way too tight but I was able to repair it myself. It's smoking well again.

That cutty is absolutely stunning! They do get some beauties!

I have seen a few of these before, but it never clicked that they were all Ropp pipes. Very cool and I can see myself going down a rabbit hole today.
