There was this smell of unwashed socks and sneakers that had been worn continuously for a month of Sundays following around.
Just as I turned around to see who the great unwashed was who had been following me around for the past 5 mins, I realised it was the cheese in my shopping bag ??

I was at a rather nice dinner put on by a rather nice woman when I smelled what I thought was dog shit emanting from the bottom of my shoes (this was not an Asian shoe-less house obviously). She caught me checking my soles out but luckily for me, it turned out to be her rather nice Parmesan, all freshly grated. ??
