I think they are just getting bought newer than before.Samuel Gawith Cob Plug in an original Rattray's bulldog. Glorious Autumn has nearly arrived, with this cool, windy and rainy morning. I also ought to say that it's fairly evident that Gawith have changed their recipes. I see differences across the board. I'm commenting because the newer plugs are lighter and have much less casing and also more stem in them (the flakes and plugs are noticeably lighter). Perhaps this makes them more accessible to newer smokers, however I prefer the darker, richer older style that's not for the faint of heart. Just my opinion.

Is that some type of British compromise?or 200 halfdans.
if a halfdan is a whole person, then what is two halfdans??@BROBS : Sort of interesting mathematics puzzle. How many halfdans make up a whole Dan? How many Whole Dans equal a medieval toilet roll dispenser? How many half dans can you fit into the average medieval great hall? These are very challenging questions!
The question we have not asked is how many halfdans in height was an average medieval jousting knights horse? Is that one of those Peterson pipes with a blinged up real amber stem?
