Cooking with my daughter tonight, it will be a beyond meat taco bowl. She isn’t a vegetarian but is less of a carnivore than I. I have tried beyond meat products and have eaten and cooked many vegetarian meals before so not a new thing but something different from the routine.

Next time try some of the Impossible Meat ground beef... my girlfriend and I are really vegetarian but she had a burger today made with it and it was shockingly similar to the real thing.

Wife made a 14 lb spiral ham, baked mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes. I walked in she was glazing it in her underwear. Life is good fellas.
