How about a light up thread.

I'll go first

2024 northern lights edition zippo

Depends on where I'm at. Usually a match but outside I use a zippo pipe lighter.

My primary, edc lighter is the IM Corona Pipemaster (brass/arabesque). Easy, one click lighting. Adjustable flame size. Includes a tamper/pick that fits flush at the bottom. I don't use the tamper with any regularity but it's nice knowing it's there.. just in case.



My primary back-up lighter, or if I'm in the mood for a change, is a ST DuPont style butane by Rattrays.
The Pipemaster is Piezo, so I felt like I needed a flint option too. So far I'm enjoying it.
The flip top lid has a fantastic "weight" to it. Ultra smooth mechanically, it even stays lit against light breezes.

That is a beautiful lighter. My zippo just had Sherlock Holmes on it lol.

By far my favorite lighter. I've had 2, and sold my first one. Missed it so much I bought a second. My favorite, most expensive, and....most dropped lighter

Usually a Bic. Sometimes a Zippo and I've been known to use matches or a stick from a campfire.

Usually a sidekick pipe lighter. They are less than 2 bucks and are refillable. When they die go to the next. They seem to have a pretty good lifespan unless you get a dud. A bic is ok but the adjustable angle is handy.

My edc’s are bics. I’ve got some zippos. Still looking for an antique “nice” lighter. Haven’t found the one that tickles my fancy yet.

If lighting a pipe, I go with an Old Boy Corona and if it's a cigar I use a $15 no name torch.

I have two Corona Old Boys (kept in different rooms) two Zikar Scribes, a Zippo with a butane insert for indoors and a fuel insert for outside. Also a Xikar Pipemaster and various matches, disposables and even some hemp wick!

Brass army zippo, I exclusively smoke outside. For cigars I have 2 cheap torches, triple and single flame depending on the RG and for touchups on a uneven burn.
