I hadn't smoked this in awhile and it struck me as spicy at first but my palate and brain adjusted to the shock of changing from my usual with this blend of oriental leaf that I will try again after hydrating it a little. I still got a good 1/2 hour out of a small bowl and its flavors were more available to me in the latter portion of the bowl.
