The challenge is, can you construct a quality cellar with five one pound bags of bulk tobacco for $200 or less. What would you pick and why?

You can use multiple suppliers and for the sake of simplicity, assume shipping is free. I was lazy and just used the cart on smokingpipes to calculate total cost.

One pound each...

• RLP-6 - a reasonably priced aromatic
• Pegasus - a solid Burley based all day smoke
• Yorktown - I like a Virginia fix on warm days
• Luxury Bullseye Flake - when straight Virginia is getting old and a solid vaper is in order
• Balkan Supreme - you got to have an English in a cellar!

The way I smoke, at the rate I smoke, I'd get more variety and settle for some less total weight, and still, $200 of bulk would keep me smoking for several years, with a rotation with more variety. I might outgrow one or two of only five blends.

+1 on the Match blends!
You can't go wrong with the Sutliff Matches: Victoria, BSOSM, 759, 20, Revelation, 515RC-1, Edgeworth RR... there are other good Sutliff bulk deals in Aromatics and straight VAs as well. Another great bang for the buck is P&C Best of the Rest English. When it goes on sale it's less than $1 per oz. and my bag was great. Its always different though, so it could be a gamble.
