P&C drops the ball again!!

I've got to say the last couple packages I've received have been much better packaged.
I will certainly be ordering from them again.

P&C is good to go for me. I was part of that computers system snafu, but nary a problem since. I got two bags of coffee, I thought they were associated with the Father's day sale, not the Peterson promo.

I agree totally and more often then not it can be easily solved by picking up a phone and calling their customer service but some can't be bothered.
