Have EITC Cellar Reserve for dessert!!! Glazed cinnamon rum-bun, hot out of the oven... with a pat of butter sensuously oozing over the sides. (Not that one needs dessert after a hearty pancake/bacon/maple syrup breakfast... but still... !!)

Yup, GH&CO's Sweet Maple Twist is amazing but barely an aromatic. I'll have to try mixing it with Autumn Evening.
