Really curious if it's Sryian or Cyprian latakia in here. Most of the tins at the B&M I found this at were from 2008~2012 (mostly 4th Generation stuff that had date code, but they had quite a varied selection of EU stuff I didn't recognize other than sillem and a tin of Gordon Pym). I tried to google and research...but the best answer I found was along the lines of "Steve from pipestuds is probably the only one who might can guess"
