    dont forget craigslist... lots of deals there too. You just need to be cautious as with anything these days. I picked a slightly used Peterson Kapet for $15 from a couple in Wichita that inherited it from a family member. Neither of them smoked and want to get rid of it...

    First NEW Pipe in 5 years!

    I love the rusticated bowl with the smooth Rim... to sweet!! Lovely pipe. I have encountered Smooth pipes that had been beat up some what and have done a rustication on the pipe bowl and leave the top 1/16" of the bowl and rim smooth. Ususlly my buds talk me out of them.

    I'm with bigvan and unclearthur... space em out a liitle more than the usual racks. I hate my pipes being all crowded and when I go to pull one I knock over a couple of them. I have big hands too so my sausage fingers are a lil clumbsy..hehehe

    Cracked Shank!!!

    I pulled that old pipe, Jobey, and lit up a bowl of some aromatic I had traded for... it still held up. Dad said he super glued it in 85. So it does work.

    estate find, treasure or bust?

    Nice pipes!! Prices vary, I just did a search for the peterson on yahoo and the average was around $100. as low as 89 up to 124.. on new pipes on online stores. Still a good deal if you ask me.
