I have many favorites (that's favourites for those in civilized countries). At this moment however I am remembering two shows that used to make me laugh out loud. They were each different from one another, but they were both great. The Benny Hill Show and Dave Allen at Large.

I loved both those shows.

The Benny Hill Show is so un-PC that I doubt it would be aired in these woke times.
Come to think of it, when so many shows are re-run ad nauseam, I have not seen reruns of The Benny Hill Show at all

I haven't seen them either. I loved how irreverent it was. "Goodnight mother of six ". . . " Goodnight father of one. " Great jokes.

I grew up on Benny Hill. I wept when he died. Somewhere I am almost certain I have the whole series on dvd.

I am sure the PC police would shit if it was ever aired today, but it was good fun back when.
