For me it was the entire genre of Dark Fired Kentucky.
I had no idea it would be so savory, not cloyingly so of course, but even though this is basically just a fire cured Burley, Kentucky is NOTHING like regular Burley, the dark fire process completely transforms the leaf.

Nope, been a long standing and still available blend in both two ounce and eight ounce tins. One of Craig Tarler's best.

I cracked a year old tin of Two Friends English Chocolate and was in heaven! Then got Covid in July. Haven’t been able to taste or smell since. Today tried a bowl of Russ’ Candy Cane Cocoa. Thought I might get something. To no avail. I’ll keep smoking cheap cigars until my senses start working again. Been a long and boring 2nd half of the year. Such is life these day!
