One reason I ask is that there used to be an old superstition about witch bottles, but I thought that would be a little obscure. People would put nails, booze, piss, or whatever in an old bottle, and it was supposed to trap evil spirits. I didn’t know if it was something to do with that.

I must be one of the very few guys whose wife doesn't mind and has encouraged me to have a nice collection.

We both have good ones! Mine is the same and she encourages me to make them even! She loves olive wood!
