I'm not sure if this is the ugliest pipe I've ever seen, but it's definitely the strangest.

As I suspected, it's one of the 'Monstrosity Pipes' series. Cup O' Joe's carries them. The first pipes in the series were .... not anything I'd want in my collection. Judging by the look of the current series it appears they are slightly less awful.
