There's a pipe I'm looking at on eBay that I'd really like to buy. However, it's coming from another country and the seller has no feedback. He has feedback as a buyer, but none as a seller.

I don't want to get burnt, but it's also a pipe that is really appealing to me...

All eBay purchases use PayPal and have Buyer Protection, right?

I watched a pipe go for double what I would even remotely consider. That’s the way it goes sometimes, oh and two weeks later the same pipe was on eBay with a BIN below what my high was. Way below. The pipes smokes great. Lol. You never know on eBay.

If you can get it at a bargain, go for it. eBay has been crazy the past six months, the process are higher than I've ever seen them. Not many bargains.

You have buyer’s protection, but it’s still a PITA if the seller doesn’t represent the product accurately. The lack of seller reviews would certainly raise an eyebrow. There are way too many pipes out there w/less risk IMO.
