The fun part is realizing that the wealthy and powerful people around the world literally LIVE off creating dissatisfaction of the "little people" below them, and then stirring the shit out of it. Up to and including actual shooting wars.

This sex/athlete issue is the lowest of low-hanging fruit for them.
They must be jolly happy, but I can't quite see the appeal.

Except for the organizing body that banned said athlete from the world championships just last year.

BTW, Algeria and Russia have been historic allies. You'd think the Commies would pick on an American to have more effect, no? Or maybe there's a Russian asset in the government...wait, strike that, he hasn't been president for a few years now.

All the different labs and agencies endless bickering and acting mysterious is 100% laughable.

The situation is NOT rocket science

THE TEST -- all x-y chromosomers go down this hallway; x-x 'ers down that hallway. Anyone with an atypical combination can only compete with the physically weaker group.

The end.

I wonder what my cat identifies as? I could be misgendering him this whole time. This is going to keep me up tonight. Stay safe guys.

I was going to post a picture of my cat's nutsack as some form of evidence.

Still haven't decided if that's an appropiate thing to do. I'm mulling it over.

You shouldn't have to explain things like this in such graphic detail.. but here we are.

Here is a very different take on the subject. Love it or hate it, broken noses, eye sockets, jaws etc are part of boxing. Quitting after a possible broken nose probably means that boxing isn't for you.

Yeah, see...it's why there are weight classes, to keep things on an even playing field. If you think that women and men are on an even playing field, then...well... sure, OK, good luck with that.

I man, sure a woman, who devoted her entire being to boxing in the olympics, for her recently deceased father/trainer, was cheated out of a once in a lifetime opportunity, but it's a small sacrifice to make for diversity, equity, and most of all, inclusion. What exactly IS a "woman" anyway?
Great movie with a simple answer that many apparently don't know.
"A female of the human species".

This isn't a Trans woman. Read beyond the headline ffs.
A Hermaphrodite, perhaps? Since no IBA authority with direct knowledge of why this person was disqualified is stepping forward with an explanation, we really don't know what is going on.

I'll put $20 on Hermaphrodite, though.

OK, funny story here:

Some years ago, a cat showed up on our property. We'd seen it out at the deer block, keeping the bucks at bay while it hunted the mice and voles that had come in for a snack. After a while, we discovered that she was living in the shed. I made up a nice padded sleeping box for her, and started putting some food out. basic stuff, like canned salmon. It was such a sweet cat that we named her "Sweetie". Before we knew it, the cat was sleeping in the house, curling up on our laps to watch TV, and making our hearts melt. We took her to the vet to get checked out and the vet informed us that the not only was the cat chipped, but that "she" was actually a "he", and that his name was "Sherm". Who in hell names a cat "Sherm"?. The vet called the owner, who lived a mile away through the woods, and the cat was gone. For about a day. Next afternoon, "Sweetie" came running down the driveway, meowing to be let in the house. We called the owner, who threw in the towel and dropped off his chip info and wished us luck. We continued to calling the cat "she", since it wouldn't answer to "Sherm", but did come running when we'd call out for "Sweetie".

I don't know if the cat could box.

It seems like there are a lot here who are either ignorant of, or willfully denying the facts. She was born and raised a female. That is such a fundamental fact that can't be ignored when so many are screaming for gender specific sporting categories. This woman has actually lost nine times, to other women. Of course no one who was born a male should ever be anywhere near a person born a female in any sport, but particularly in a combat sport. But this isn't what has happened here.

Of course if we want to talk about people born female, who have elevated levels of testoterone, and whether or not they should be allowed to compete with females who don't have these leves of testosterone, that is a conversation that should be had. But to imagine this is a political conversation between the woke, and the correct, is ironically as anti-science as those who say there are no differences between the sexes.

I'm not quite sure how you extrapolated that inference.
Because I keep hearing the term 'woke'. 'Woke' is a political pejorative, thrown around by those who believe they are in posession of the simple truth. Even when they haven't grasped the fundamental scientific fact, that the boxer in question was born a female. To quote Bart Simpson, 'the ironing is beautiful'.
