Yeah I have been looking for some Germain’s to send to a friend to hold for me for at least 6 months.


Good to gear both points of view, I am not exactly chasing 1820 flake but if I ever see it I will hit just just for the what the hell factor.

If you do see any Germains in the UK it will be sold at the normal retail price.There is no secondary market for Germains until it reaches Bejing.
I think why there is such a delay between drops in the UK is that Germains is trying to fulfil its contract for Esoterica blends and not because of some clever marketing strategy as some have suggested.

Incidentally, for UK folks, there seems to bit a bit of Germain's King Charles Mixture about at the moment. I've ordered a couple of tins. Don't know what to expect, but jusdging from it's contents it seems like something I'd enjoy. I don't know if there is an esoterica equivelent or not.

If you notice the latakia in King Charles, I'd be amazed.

To be honest, I don't seem to notice the latakia much in anything, and I am not sure what all the fuss is about.

I smoke blends for the orientals more than anything.
