I popped over to the Tinder Box in Metarie this morning. Larry and crew are always welcoming. The President o the Magnolia Pipe Club (Jackson MS) stopped by with his wife, nice folks! I picked up a tin of this, some bulk MM965 (3 oz, not 5 lbs!)and some cigars for the SIL. Larry will have a number of these tins at the show.

Yes, that drive zapped me. I'm hoping to make it to the end of the Ravens game, but I'm betting no....

Looks like Al bought the last of the Penzance at the Tinderbox. Or he put some back for the show. Overall nice selection in there. I'm actually staying a mile from there and seeing his post went to check it out. Bought some Brickhouse cigars since he had my preferred type. Anyway best variety I have experienced in a Tinderbox especially in the pipe tin selection.

I've been hanging with a whole group of pipe smoker in the French Quarter. We took over some tables and perique'd up Jackson Square. It's like pipes everywhere. And, transexuals, or just really tall hookers. Cant tell.
