That has to be the dumbest thing I've ever heard of...they spent all that time in R&D to not sell it. :crazy:This was definitely a one time "special entry" blend that will not see production.
I have found my Holy Grail tobacco. It took me 11 years and literally 100s of blends. But I found it! So, I am not going to reveal what it is.
Yeah, but there are the other 499 tins in his closet. He found his blend after 11 years, then gave it away................ [8O]
Not a bad idea...I think JimInks was singlehandedly responsible for the continued production of EGR blend, so there is a precidence for this sort of thing if you can get enough momentum.I wish I had 499 tins. I was Hoping the interest would spark them to produce more.
Thanks for investigating cobguy, bummer it won't be available.I called McClelland today to get some clarification for those of us that wanted more info.

It cannot be purchased at all and there are no "leftover" tins ... I asked!
My pleasure ... there are SO many good blends that would scratch this itch. Thanks for investigating cobguy, bummer it won't be available.
HH Old Dark Fired has that same smell to me.While I didn't smoke the sample I did smell samcoffeeman sample and and noticed a strong smoky, vinegar tin note that reminded me of BBQ sauce. Surprised there weren't more McClelland guesses.
