Kind of a tricky question. Depends on what you consider "Macedonian" vs "Turkish". If you're looking for leaf specifically from the Macedonian region that might be hard to find. D&R used to sell Macedonian leaf as a blending component, so presumably they used it in some of their blends but it's not clear which blends. Ramback is Izmir not Macedonian. You can dig through tobacco reviews but most blenders don't get very granular about their specific orientals. It usually gets lumped under "Turkish".

I have rarely seen Macedonian singled out as a constituent tobacco in a blend, which makes me wonder if it is often switched out with various "Oriental" tobaccos. I've seen it listed in just a few blends out of scores, and I can't remember which.

I wouldn't trust an answer unless it came from someone like Mike McNiel, who deals with the individuals who import the tobacco from the farms. Otherwise who's to say you aren't getting Macedonia from Bulgaria and Virginia from Africa. Just look at the olive oil industry.

As bullshit is the lingua franca of advertising I tend to avoid matters of provenance as often as possible and stick to a simple "do I actually like this?"

You might want to try this
A combination of three different Turkish varietals that includes yenidje, basma and samsun.

I have purchased both Smyrna and Izmiz blending tobaccos from P&C. Russ used to sell Macadonian blending tobacco but I don't see it on the website.I highly recomend the BS matches. I have tried both and they are very good. Orientals and Latakia are my two favorite tobaccos.

Wausau, Wis
Sutlif offers this-

First time I heard about this website. Looked around a bit and found ... Luxury Bullseye Flake!!! But you have to get it in 1.5 pound boxes, and the shipping costs for that site are not great. Still, for those trying to find LBF, that's the place, I guess.
