Here's the skinny as to why it can't come back under a different name. The tobacco would have to have been renamed and sold prior to August 8th of this year. Since the rerelease would be after that date, it would be considered a new product, and no new products are allowed without expensive testing and approval by the FDA.

Thanks, Russ. The explanation is appreciated, but these rules are ridiculous. It's literally not a new product. TM disputes will now result in the eradication of tobacco blends. Unreal. Obviously, I'm not upset with you, but with the FDA.
