When Do Retailers Typically Post A "New" Blend For Sale On The Release Date?

To spread this limited release more widely, and to get a better return for it.

Well, when you consider that many could order 100's or thousands, 10 is a restraint for them. For me, I saved my pennies so that I could buy at least 10 of this release. I knew it was coming so I decided to forgo other purchases to put a little bit away. When you consider that the deeming rules are about to totally snuff out innovation and new blends, it is wise to put what you can in storage. I say we are looking at a matter of years before online sales are banned.
