Mine is to spend 30 minutes a day at 140 degrees in the FIR sauna. By the way, if anyone wants to lose weight you don't have to work out like a madman, just stop eating wheat. One year and you will never go back.
I gained 40 pounds since June because of a medication that I have to take. It is having seriously bad effects on my health so I'm going to lose those 40 pounds.
I don't do New Year's resolutions. They are too easily broken... usually by Jan. 2nd.
Instead I make New Year's goals. They remain valid even after a bad day.
This year I would like to work on my artwork more. Drawing and sketching. I think it would be fun to start a sketchbook journal of my travels around the sound. In order to add anything to my life I will have to make better use of my time. So there's my goal.
