Some people can’t walk and chew gum at the same time. I can’t smoke and drink.
Besides, I smoke outside (mainly daylight hours) and drink after dinner. But a single malt scotch is always nice.

Some type of single malt whisky generally. I like that whisky has the same or similar variety of flavours as pipe tobacco.
Not a big drinker, so nice cup of tea or maybe some sort of fruit juice.
Depends on why I'm drinking. Water, iced tea, coffee and such if I'm thirsty. For my evening imbibing I usually turn to Grahams or Hine.
Coffee in the morning until about noon, then switch to A&W Root Beer in the evening.
I mainly only drink, drinks that help enhance smoking and keep the palate fresh, so for me, pretty much teas.
No alcohol for me, or any strange drinks that would clash with the tobacco.

Coffee in the morning and anytime after that it's German Beers and on rare occasion Hennessy Cognac XO.
Mostly water or coffee/tea. I actually don't enjoy alcohol with tobacco all that much except for maybe a stout with a cigar or something.
I don't drink anymore and am still new to pipes, so I haven't committed to any pairings. But I usually have some water. I am a tea drinker and think I will drink that soon as I am told that teas high in tannins pair well with aromatics.
Coffee, tea and water for me. I have yet to find the perfect combo of my choice of liquor - bourbon - and pipe tobacco that complements one another. I find that my bourbon can take away enjoyment of my pipe, and my pipe take away from the bourbon.
Before 4:00-ish PM, Community coffee. Evening time, it used to be Knob Creek or Elijah Craig Small Batch, or an old fashioned, but I gave up drinking I guess. Now it’s usually just sweet tea or water.
